JCH Messenger

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

JCH Messenger maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAM/CSAE). Any content that sexually depicts, exploits, or endangers children is strictly prohibited.

Users who violate this policy will be immediately and permanently banned.

2. Reporting Content

Users can report harmful content directly within the app:

Long-press on a message and select “Report message”
The report is forwarded to our moderation team

Alternatively, reports can be sent via email to mail@jch-technologies.de.

3. Review and Action

Reported content is reviewed promptly. For confirmed violations, we take the following actions:

Immediate removal of the offending content
Permanent suspension of the account
Reporting to the appropriate law enforcement authorities

4. Cooperation with Authorities

We fully cooperate with regional and national law enforcement authorities and report confirmed CSAM content to the relevant agencies, including:

Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) – German Federal Criminal Police
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
Internet Complaints Office (FSM / eco)

5. Technical Safeguards

Captcha verification during registration to prevent automated accounts
Device limit per account to prevent abuse
Rate limiting and automatic IP bans for suspicious behavior
In-app reporting function available to all users
